What To Bring:
Please bring sweat socks, two large towels, and one twin or queen
sized flat sheet. Please bring your personal goods in a duffle bag
or similar type of enclosable container that is large enough to
store your towels, sheet, as well as your clothing. This will also
provide a quick method of finding your stuff amongst the things from
other participants. Place your personal goods that are not in use in
the small area by the kitchenette. DO NOT place your belongings in
the workshop studio.
There will be time to go out for a quick meal during lunch. However,
we recommend planning ahead and bringing a light lunch both days if
possible. For your convenience, there will be a refrigerator and
microwave available (see more information about lunch options
below).
An altar will be made
available for those who desire to set an intention for their
experience by placing a small object of personal significance on the
altar. We honor all paths. All objects are welcomed.
Lunch:
We will break for a one hour lunch each day. Although there are a
number of restaurants close to the venue, none are within walking
distance. So, we recommend bringing a sack lunch. There will be a
refrigerator and microwave available for your convenience. If you do
desire to go out for lunch, here are a few nearby eateries
